Crafted a frictionless 3-step checkout flow and an ultra-fast, interactive SVG-based seat mapper that operates flawlessly on mobile screens.

Built a custom Next.js web application utilizing ISR, server-side caching, and optimized state synchronization to prevent double-booking.

RBC rewired our entire platform. The new SVG seat mapper load time is virtually instantaneous, and cart abandonment dropped to an all-time low of 12%.
